How do I set up Staffmor?
Make a few quick choices about your work, keep or adjust the starter team, then open Codex or Claude Code on your computer and choose an empty folder. Staffmor supplies the roles, instructions and workspace. Setup is guided; your chosen models do the actual work afterward.
Can I start on my phone?
Select Save for my computer to save your choices and continue on desktop. Select Save for my computer to save these choices and get a private continuation link. A desktop is required to run the workspace. Remote phone access to your office is not available.
What is Staffmor?
Staffmor helps you build an AI organization where Claude and ChatGPT agents work together in one shared workspace, with roles, personalities and tools chosen for your business. Staffmor, an AI butler, leads the setup, and the workspace runs on your own machine.
Which AI account do I need?
Start with either supported desktop app. Codex needs a ChatGPT account with Codex access; Free and Go desktop availability depends on rollout. Claude Code needs Claude Pro or higher; Claude Free does not include it. Check your existing access first.
ChatGPT Plus and Claude Pro currently total US$40/month at US monthly prices, in addition to Staffmor, before tax. This is an optional paid starting combination; it does not guarantee enough capacity for all-day team work. A Staffmor seat does not include AI credits.

Can I use Staffmor for a personal project?
Yes. Use Something else and tell your team what you want to make: a research dashboard, a habit tracker or a game for your family. These are examples of work you direct, not included apps or guaranteed outcomes. Your office still needs a desktop computer and your own supported AI account.
Do I need both Claude and ChatGPT?
No. Start with whichever you use. Add the other to the same Staffmor office later, keeping your team and history. We recommend a mixed team.
Can Claude and ChatGPT agents work together?
That is a core Staffmor capability being built: assign each agent to Claude or ChatGPT, then pass tasks and context between them in one team chat. You use your own supported accounts, and AI services bill you separately. The example on this page is illustrative, not a verified live provider connection.
How do I build an AI org chart for my business?
Start with the prepared roles, or adjust them to the jobs your business needs. Each agent has a role, personality, tools and platform. Staffmor supplies the organization’s instructions and workspace, with clear handoffs between jobs.
Are AI agent employees different from an AI assistant?
A team gives agents distinct jobs, tools and ongoing context, with handoffs between roles. That lets you staff parts of your business with AI agents while you assign and review the work. Staffmor is not a human recruiting or HR system.
What does “hosted on my machine” mean?
The workspace and team chat run on a computer you control. Claude and ChatGPT, used through your own accounts, still process requests on their own servers. Remote workspace access is not offered by this preview.
How much does it cost, and how do I get access?
Monthly paid early access is $49 for up to five combined human and agent seats, $89 for up to ten, or $999 for unlimited seats. Your seat counts too. Staffmor is included. You provide a desktop host and pay connected AI services separately. Checkout availability is shown above the plans. Your own AI services are billed separately.
